“We enjoyed our visit. Home is well equipped and was clean. Manager was very receptive. Has plenty of cooking equipment. Has a grill, but we didn't use it. The only issue, and it's not the owner's fault, but we brought our dogs, and the dogs across the road were running loose almost the whole time, so we had to keep our dogs on the deck whenever we were outside. Lots of loose dogs in the area made it difficult to walk the dogs as well. That said, I would recommend the property, just keep an eye……

“We were looking for a place close to Dallas that would allow us to have a small place that would be kayak accessible. We found this location to be surprisingly quiet even though it has close neighbors and access to Cedar Creek Lake was easy right off the end of the property. We used our own kayaks although the host has boats available for guests. We also found a remarkable restaurant only miles from the cabin for a special anniversary dinner.”

“This house and property were perfect for our group! 12 people and 2 dogs had a fantastic weekend on the lake!The master bedroom downstairs is HUGE so we had plenty of room for stuff for our 6 month old. There is a bunk bed in the closet of the master bedroom that we didn't end up using for our group but would be great if we had older kids. Theres are two other decent sized beds down stairs and a bunch upstairs. The couch beds dont fold up they are open couch beds which was fine for us andmade……

“We enjoyed our stay. Loved the size of the kitchen but the dishwasher didn’t seem to work very well. The Keurig didn’t work but thankfully we brought our own. The backyard was enjoyable. We hung out by the fire pit a lot. The hot tub didn’t get hot enough since the temps were in the 40’s so we didn’t use it unfortunately. There were 7 of us that stayed and we didn’t think there was enough comfortable seating in the living room. Just one small couch and 2 chairs. The game room was fun……

“We had a great 2 week stay in Waxahachie. Taylor was great to work with. We had a bit of an issue and had to move in quickly. The house was ready for us and had no issues our entire stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Would recommend.”

“The house was just breath taking when you walk in. The views of the lake were amazing. Even though it rained we were perfectly satisfied! We had a fire in the outside fire place on the covered front porch. It was very peaceful. The host Gary made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and or wanted! The house was fully stocked with everything! We will definitely be going back next year!”

“This was a beautiful home! We stayed there assix couples with 8 children between us. Having the pool was incredible for the kids and there was plenty of space to put all the kids in the bunk room together. We also enjoyed having the kids watch a movie in the little den area while grown ups ate and played games in the living room. Great setup with plenty of space. Only thing that couldake it better is if there was a dock or an easier way of accessing the lake. And also some more……
