“Absolutely loved this property. Was nice and cozy. Easy to find. Very clean. Was everything we expected and more. ”

“My cousin and I stayed here in April 2025 and drove about 30 minutes to Ennis to see the Bluebonnet fields and festival. Waxahachie has several cutie boutiques for a nice girls trip. The hosts were super nice. We called once for restaurant and more shopping suggestions. They definitely helped us out.The house was very clean and extremely organized. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. He hosts live just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Stayed here to attend Scarborough Faire in neighboring town Waxahachie (about a 45 minute drive). Exceptionally clean with comfortable mattresses and loads of room. Plenty for kids to do plus lots of wiggle room in fenced backyard. Everything we needed.”

“We loved our stay. They countryside is beautiful, the property is very well kept and clean. The decor is beautiful and the porch was fantastic. Host was very quick to answer me if I sent any message, and was simply a pleasure to communicate with. The occasional trains were a novelty for my daughter- excited to count cars, and we didn’t even use the earplugs left for us at night- but they are such thoughtful hosts to provide them for those that might want them! Will definitely stay again on……

“This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. There was also a significant fly infestation that seemed to be primarily in the kitchen. I wondered if food had been left out, or if the trashcan……
