“Overall, the hotel has great potential, but unfortunately, it is completely untapped. The hotel has two advantages: a large pool with an ocean view and all rooms offering ocean views—of course, the higher the floor, the better the view. And that’s where the positives end. There is no service at the hotel whatsoever. Rooms are not ready on time for check-in. Contrary to the descriptions, there is no bar at the hotel.
