“We LOVED this stay!! Cleanest place we’ve stayed our last 4 trips. We always love Savannah! This is a little further out than we are USED to staying, but pack your walking shoes. You won’t be disappointed. Street parking available which is better than paying for parking garage prices. I will be staying here again! I’d say the walk is about 12-15 to City Market and 5-6 to River St. ”

“The house was very clean and perfect for my daughter and myself for a weekend getaway. Very easy to walk to the riverfront and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the a/c worked well. The carpet on the stairs has been replaced from what is shown in the pictures. We had a car and easily found parking on the street next to the house. The ParkSavannah app is a better option than using the parking meters. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.”

“I’ve stayed in the carriage house for this property before. It’s as described. No surprises. Location is great. I walked to the river and back without incidence. The ease of parking is a huge deal for me. It feels like a relatively safe area. It’s one block from the city free CAT bus line that goes to Broughton where there is much available shopping. Kroger is right across the street. The neighborhood is filled with stunning historical homes. If you are staying in the 703 basement space, look……
