“The place is super cool looking with the exposed brick and walls. Location is an easy walk to city market, river street, and some other amazing areas. Management is quick to respond and assist. Only downside is if you are a light sleeper. Old building minimal insulation. You can hear everything outside.”

“This condo was very nice. The best part was its location. We parked at the closest parking ramp, and did not go back to our vehicle until we left. It’s an easy walk to anything in the Savanna historical district. The only negatives were things out of the property owners control like a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping around, and early morning deliveries and garbage pick up right outside the windows. I will rent again from this place next time I visit Savanna”

“The Grant was exactly what we needed for a great price. The location was perfect for walking to rivet street as well as seeing all the historic sites. My husband and I, our 2 kids, and my inlaws were able to stay here comfortably. There was more than enough room for us to all hang out in the evening. The area was surprisingly quiet despite the construction that was around the corner. I gave the unit 4 stars for cleanliness because the walls were a little dirty in the bathroom and under the bar……
