We arrived at the property to check in but the owner didn't have any record of our reservation even though I did via VRBO. We waited outside for 15 minutes before they finally gave us the door code. Once we finally got in, the property was clean and as advertised. But the smoke alarm went off at 6:00 am the next morning which was a major nuisance. They did send over a new battery but didn't change it, we had to ourselves. All in all, our experience wasn't horrible but for $250/night we expected the service to be better. Quality property for sure but the customer service was just so-so.
