“Thank god for this hotel. We had actually been trying to book a hotel up the road for convenience, however every time we tried to book the reservation cancelled. I rang to resolve, they refused to complete the booking over the phone, and pretty much told me I did not know what I was doing because of my age. So we went elsewhere. “first of all, the sink is quite hard to use, the tap is too close to the edge that water split everywhere. and there was no house keeping even we asked the lady to help and she said ok to come clean our room later. the worst thing is that, it was super noisy during night, we couldn’t sleep for whole night! there was a club or something nearby and the music does not stop till morning! we stayed up all night… the good thing is bed is soft and good to lay on. and hotel is very near southern cross……
