“The suite was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived. Communication with our host was good. Wing was quick to respond to questions and was respectful. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice perhaps. There is a Nespresso machine but another coffee making option could have been nice. “We had a very good time as a family group together for the holidays. Pinder was a great host, responsive and accomodating. Chair lift was helpful for us which sets this place apart. Large functional kitchen and common areas for everyone. Lots of bathrooms. Location was good, close to a walking area and shopping. Amazing views of the mountains from the kitchen and porch. Worked well for us - thanks.”

“Property was great, just as described. fit our needs perfectly! Host and manager were wonderful!”

“Property owners were reliable and reasonably accessible. House is beautiful! The pool table was a huge hit! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were suitable for our large family. We appreciate not having to take care of bedding and towels when leaving. If we ever have another opportunity to visit the area again, we would definitely love to stay at the property again! “Beautiful place with plenty of space for everyone, stunning views, and a wonderful outdoor cooking/eating area. ”

“The property was perfectly adequate for our family’s needs. We appreciated having two full bathrooms plus the half bath on the main level, access to laundry facilities, and a full kitchen. We used the TV streaming service for some movies and cooked in the kitchen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some street parking available and right around the corner from a bus stop for public transit. ”

“This semi-basement suite is set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. I was immediately impressed with how roomy, extremely clean and bright the suite was. The kitchen was fully equipped and well organized. The bathrooms are cozy but adequate and walk in shower is spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were wonderful. Lei is quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. Jenn greeted us a few times and was very helpful.I would highly recommend staying here. ”

“Accommodations were as advertised and the unit was clean and spacious. The location was excellent it was quiet but close to all amenities some within walking distance. The owners were very friendly. Our only complaints were the beds and pillows were not comfortable for us. Others may find them ok but we did not,so sleeping was difficult. We purchased a bathmat for the tub as it is very deep and we felt it unsafe to step in and should have been provided just for safety. ”

“Loved the accommodation, clean, very spacious, had everything that we needed. Location was great too, just minutes from Gibson's. Clean and modern, very comfy beds. The single pullout sofa bed would be too small for a teenager, but it was adequate for my 11 year old. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and it worked out just fine. Only 2 points of caution - Pictures need to be more securely fastened as the pins don't provide enough support in my opinion, and the big one looks very precarious. The……

“The house was really nice and pretty! Though I was a little confused with the check-in process... we were provided a code to enter, but I wasn't sure where the keypad was. My roommate and I had to ring the doorbell to get in. I also assumed that we'd be having the whole house (at least from the description) but I think you have the specifically request the entire house. Which makes sense because the house is really really big. The guest rooms are upstairs. They're clean, but they have remnants……
