“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. "During my trip to Vancouver, I stayed at two different hotels, and I can confidently say that my experience at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport was outstanding. That’s why I decided to leave a review and share with others that this hotel is truly worth staying at. First of all, the value for money was excellent. The hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to public transportation. Overnight parking is available for a fee, but it’s safe and very convenient. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. For those who need it, Chinese-speaking staff are also available, which made communication even easier. The bathroom was clean and bright, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—my family and I both loved them. The room was also spacious enough to open our suitcases comfortably, without feeling cramped or restricted when moving around. Unfortunately, the Radisson was fully booked on the night of the 24th, so we had to stay at another hotel on Westminster Hwy. After comparing the two, I would definitely recommend Radisson over the other option. If I travel to Richmond again, the Radisson will definitely be my first choice, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel."
