“The staff / owner at late check in after 9 p.m. was very helpful, friendly, and takes great pride in this property. Clean, welcoming, and home lobby - with a rustic lodge feel and sweet smell (not overpowering) Although the hot tub was not working during our stay, it was noted clearly at the time of check in. Loved the balcony off of our 2nd floor room. Breakfast was good - facility was clean and food was well stocked for guests. Hand sanitizer was readily available for guests as well to keep……

“I want to say the staff did a great job, even though the hotel company booked a girls softball league group, I am sure at a discounted price for the group. The girls were disruptive, loud, messy to the commons area late into the night. The staff asked the parents to address the complaints of the other hotel occupants. Parents did not nor did they care nor did they do anything. I would advise don’t book that team again. ”

“If you want to be right in the mix up in things, this will be a great stay! The historical hotel and all of the amenities within and close by we’re unbeatable. If you’re on the weekends parking is free and was not hard to find. Be prepared for some train noise if you are a light sleeper.”

“It's newly remodeled and nice. The gym wasn't finished yet. But it was quiet, close to restaurants, and grocery store. They also offered a decent breakfast. Staff were pleasant. ”
