“Hugo’s rental was amazing! I am so glad we opted to rent this apartment instead of getting a hotel room in the hotels area in San Juan. Hugo’s is very convenient to everything you want to do in Old Town. Walkable, so many dining options nearby, grocery stores, and the balcony is everything!!! We loved our stay and would not stay anywhere else in Old Town but Hugo’s Rental on next visit. ”

“We have stayed in Puerto Rico multiple times, but this was one of our favorite places so far. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Old San Juan, eating, and parking our rental car. The parking garage is a couple hundred feet down the hill and my favorite pizza restaurant is a couple hundred feet up the hill. “This place was a home away from home. There were some glitches but it was quickly resolved. Did not notice how close it was to night life until the last few days. It’s okay because I was with family. There was great space for my family. ”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
