“It was overall a good stay for what we needed! The host & support agent are excellent communicators and very prompt with replies. I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us. “My family of nine stayed for two days for a military graduation, and this rental was perfect. Spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. “Only a few little things would've made our stay perfect. The patch of grass in front needed to be mowed and it would've been nice to have outside lights for night time. Also, a bigger trash can in the kitchen and bathroom would be helpful and would've also been nice to have a k-pod coffee pot so you wouldnt have to make a mess in the kitchen. “Property was as pictured in an apartment complex. Was a very quiet complex with a nice pool. Its close to both Sea World and Six Flags if those are in your plans. Owner was responsive and check in on us during our stay. Several chain and independent restaurants also close by. Of note there is a nice hike/bike trail not far as well. Good location, friendly host, and accommodations were as pictured.”

“My wife and I rented this property because of its proximity to the Lakeland Airforce base, so we could attend our son’s BMT graduation. It turned out to be a great decision. “I was emailed a code to enter a few days before the trip but when we got there the code did not work. I contacted the evolve team and they had the property owner call me and she gave me a different code to use. There was an almost empty bottle of soda in the fridge which should have been removed prior to our stay. We had to provide our own trash bags and ice.
