“Very Quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and questions answered quickly. The house was clean, plenty of pillows and blankets, towles, and basics for cooking. Lots of room to move around.”

“Our family stayed at this property for a graduation. It was the perfect place! Well appointed with everything we needed, spacious, comfortable beds, and the hot tub was a great bonus! We didn’t have children with us, but I noticed a high chair, children’s books, and board games. The pac man arcade game was fun! Will be staying here next time we’re in town. Highly recommend. ”

“Love, love, love this place. Great location! The house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for our family gathering. Big kitchen and plenty of restrooms! Master bedroom very spacious. The large dining room table was perfect for our dinner plans. ”

“We were disappointed on the readiness of the place upon our arrival. It needs a lot of things addressed before you rent it. Jay did his best to fix things, but they should have been done before our arrival. First, some background and the good. We stayed for nearly a month because of serious medical procedures our family was undergoing. The location was great; a few minutes from the medical center. Layout of the property suited our needs well. Having the guest house was great. Except we weren't……

“House was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. Backyard was really nice with in ground pool/ hot tub. Enjoyed the backyard patio. Kitchen also well stocked. Biggest issue was lack of bath linens. Party of six and only had 4 washcloths! Had to throw the towels/wash cloths in the washer every day to accommodate everyone. Small issue. Beds/pillows not very comfortable although were very clean. Especially the pillows. Overall nice place to stay.”
