“Great lake get-away for my wife and my parents and specifically for my mom's birthday. House is as advertised and was decorated like you think a lake property should be. Bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and nice and clean. Plenty of towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. Great space connecting the kitchen and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils...everything we needed. Spacious deck with plenty of seating for everyone, a nice grill and a……

“We had a great stay at this property over the weekend, while we were hosting a tournament event at Lake Granbury. Communication with the property owner/manager was great. Only complaint, is there were several rooms in the home that didn't seem to get heat. During our stay we had freezing temperatures and several of the rooms were very cold despite other rooms getting warm. But overall, this was a great property and we would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a great family weekend, cooking breakfast, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. The game room downstairs was fun and entertaining with the grandkids and overall we had a wonderful time! Great proximity to Lake Whitney and the State Park. ”

“This VRBO is everything they promised and more. Plenty of activities in the house. The hit tub was wonderful and very clean. Groceries, restaurants and even disc golf very clise by in a quaint little town. Will defi itely go agaiin ifnext time Im in Whitney.”

“We had a wonderful time here with our family! There were 8 adults and 7 children (almost 3 - 9). One of our families could only come for the day, but we had planned on them staying (2 adults, 3 children ages 1-5). There would have been plenty of room for all! The house is very nice, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub, even in Dec - Jan! (Adults at 11 pm and kids during the day!) We also enjoyed the fire pit on New Year's Eve! The balconies were fun……

“This is now our third year at this property for Christmas and it honestly gets better and better each year! The owners continues to invest in new amenities, pool, outdoor kitchen, furniture, etc. I am afraid to keep pouring on praise for fear we can’t get in next year due to demand!!”

“This place was great! Just a short walk down to the lake and it was awesome. We caught lots of different fish and you can constantly see them swimming around. My family had a great time there and we will be booking again soon. 3 days was not enough time to enjoy all the house had to offer and the town around it. ”

“Our family of 9 with three kids included stayed and had a wonderful time. The bedrooms were huge and each with their own baths were like private suites. Showers had great pressure. We put the kids to bed then had the other part of the house to visit and relax. The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything needed. We didn’t cook there except a breakfast casserole but would have enjoyed doing so if we wanted. Kitchen had two dishwashers. We loved the front porch and swing. The weather……

“Beds were super comfy, slept all night 1st time in a very long time. Owner was quick to respond. The only thing i was disappointed about was the “path” to the lake. It was more of a downhill, all rock creek bed. Other that that it was all good. ”
