“We stayed for one night for a planned outing. The house was clean, updated, and well maintained. ”

“Adorable, historical home fully updated & a well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and great location. Plenty of street parking. The only downside was that there is a bar directly across the street, and the crowd noise goes on until very late. But the backyard deck with the river view was a wonderful place to relax & watch the boats and barges pass by. ”

“We were lucky to find this amazing property for the Madison Regatta. We had a great view of the river and watched the fireworks from the back deck. The house was clean and very comfortable. The communication between the host and us could not have been better. All questions were answered quickly.This will be our first choice on our return visits to Madison.”

The location was situation is great proximity to the various places we wanted to visit and we always felt safe at the house. Definitely recommend this property! Even though we didn’t need them, the fact that there is a baby gate on the stairs and a high chair available was noted as we all know the difficulties of traveling with children! ”

My family are coffee drinkers and though there was a very nice coffee maker/grinder it unfortunately only makes one cup at a time, and they truly need a pot at a time.”

“This house was amazing, and just as the listing stated. Very clean and so adorable. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 and my parents. Our kids range from 7-13 and there were many games and space for them to play. We loved having our own space as well to relax after busy days. We drove to the house from the Ark Encounter, and went to the Creation Museum and Cincinnati the next day. Very conveniently located. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
