“The stay was great. We didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors very much because of the rainy colder weather. But we would definitely stay here again. It’s only about 5 minutes from the Ark Encounter.Thank you Gary for making our stay enjoyable.”

“We only stayed one night, but the house was equipped with everything you would need for longer. The kitchen was clean with plenty of utensils and cooking apparatus for a group. The bathroom was small but had shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There was plenty of towels. There is a washer/dryer. And of course the television and reliable WiFi. The owner was nice and responded to messages in a timely manner. Check-in was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. ”

“My cousin and I were on a road trip on our way to Nashville for a wedding and decided to visit The Ark along the way. Granny's House was in an excellent location both to The Ark and just for a quiet place to relax. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would have loved to have had more time to just enjoy staying in the house. If we're in the area again, we will definitely hope to stay there again.”

“I'm so glad we chose this place for our trip to Kentucky. GPS kept rounting us left out of the community but once we realized going right was better it was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Graers ice cream, wow! Our host, Stephanie, was perfect and jumped on every question I had with grace and fortitude. “This is a nice little house, just a few miles from the Ark. The only reason I rated at four stars instead of five is that the shower curtain has orange mold at the bottom, and what appears to be boogers crusted on the inside. Everything else was nice and clean. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. This was a pleasant place for me and my family while we enjoyed The Ark and Williamstown.”

“We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! We were close to good food and coffee and a quick trip up the highway. The house was super clean and everything seemed brand new! “Our stay at Kate's house was nothing short of spectacular! The interior is so thoughtfully designed and we had fun picking our favorite bedrooms. There was more than enough space for 10 of us and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. As warm and inviting as the inside is, what also really sets the house apart are the outdoor amenities. “Property was thoughtfully appointed, clean, and comfortable. Even has access to the garage. We had everything we needed. Looks just like the wonderful pictures. Super close to Ark Encounter in a nice neighborhood along a scenic road. Owner provided detailed instructions and communication was prompt and friendly. I highly recommend!”
