“Nice to know the owners are close to help with anything. Did not enjoy feeling watched the whole time. I understand verifying hot tub rules, but sending accusatory messages about cover being off WHILE IN USE almost ruined my weekend. ”

“We take an annual trip to this area of KY for turkey hunting. The location of this home was perfect for us and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and one child. The host was very communicative and easy to deal with. We would definitely stay in this home again. ”

“This house was a beautiful older home. The location was great. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that bugged us was the fact we shouldn't have to do any maintenance ourselves (doesn't matter if it was small or not). They need to communicate with their clean company, if it was their fault. Plus we asked the home owner about 2 things and was only told how to fix one of the problems. We had to figure out ourselves on the other (they never helped us with that one)”

“Home was very clean and well stocked! My grandchildren loved their room with the twin beds and said the beds were super comfortable! The snacks and drinks were a wonderful surprise and much appreciated. I would recommend this rental to anyone in town to visit the Ark Encounter. ”

“Place was good but would have been nice to have guide of trash days. Did not put trash out because didn't know when and there was trash in the containers from previous. Took a few days to figure out TV also since I don't use that system. ”

“This large 5 bedroom house was perfect for our stay. Everyone had their own bedroom. The location is perfect to visit the "Ark Encounter" as well as locations is the south part of Cincinnati. The house still smells like new. ”
