“This home is 5 minutes from The Ark in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable and I slept better than I do at home. Our kids are older so 2 slept in the bunk room & our youngest slept well on the sofa. Had our other son joined us, he could have slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen offered plenty of space for cooking and the dining room for eating or playing a game. The kids & I enjoyed the basketball, ping pong, air hockey, and pool table in the basement. The back porch is large……

“Save yourself. Don’t stay here. Why bother, absent some magical notification you won’t have a place anyway. Arrived to the property and people were unexpectedly there. The place was not ready to be rented and the excuse was ‘we didn’t get a notification’ I rented this place because it said it allowed for events. The entire event was ruined. Vrbo could not re-find a place last minute. I reached out to be compensated for the thwarted plan -a legally defendable compensation- and it spun……

“Overall pretty great. It had good water pressure and lots of towels. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was really clean. It can sometimes be hard to find parking close to the place. It has great walkability to food.”

“Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great……
