“ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! It was a hot & very humid summer day when we arrived, after a 6 hr drive. Upon entering the Little White Cottage, I felt the welcoming heart of the owners. Every light was turned on and the A/C was set to 70 degrees! The little cottage was so well decorated with local antiques and modern amenities. I was especially excited to see there was an ice maker that pumped out the ice!! The owners of the Little White Cottage even left 1/2 dz eggs and carrots in the fridge,……

“Spacious and cozy! It is charming and lovingly updated while still holding onto that 1940s character. All of my kids aging from 18 to 5 loved the house especially the basement with the pool table, air hockey, and basketball game. The master bed was extremely comfortable, so I was able to get much needed rest. Everything you need to make your stay easy is there and labeled so you don't have to search. The back patio is a great place to relax and enjoy the night air or even sip a cup of coffee and……

“The checkin process was very easy, the kitchen had a full size refrigerator and stove along with microwave. Had a wonderful time as always! It was my second time and my sister's first time. We went to the ark and the aquarium. Took our time through both, lots of pictures. Enjoyed the time at the house watching the raccoons, and cows. Heard a bullfrog in the pond. “Cabin was spacious and well furnished. Beds and sofa were exceptionally comfortable! Campground office is in the basement of the cabin, but it was no issue at all! Very tranquil campground with friendly and family-oriented campers. Very well maintained. The playground was great! The pool was clean. A nice basketball goal was available for my son, which was also great! The fenced dog-run was nice! My only tip would be to bring extra towels and washcloths. The wifi was spotty, but we……

“This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Lots of space to spread out. The owners take pride in this place and definitely pay attention to detail. The extra things that they did ahead of time to prepare for our stay made us feel so welcome. It was like finding little treasures everywhere we went. Would highly recommend! “There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. “This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lakeview. It is nicely decorated, with a well equipped kitchen. Four women stayed there comfortably. My granddaughters loved the luxurious shower snd the free kayaks. I loved just sitting on the deck, and looking at the peaceful water. Though I live less than an hour away, it was a real vacation for me. We will definitely be back. Granny of Cold Spring,Ky.”

“A beautiful home! Spacious and very comfortable! Fit our family of 6 perfectly, unlike a cramped hotel room we had plenty of room! We loved the 2 porches for sitting outside and the family room with a beautiful new tv. Everything was so well maintained and cared for.
