“This house has it all: an incredible view of the Pacific, privacy, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and amenities. The outdoor space is breathtaking. The first day we stayed, we saw a monkey in the trees and toucans on the branches. We also spotted a hungry iguana and a mama deer and her baby. The house was incredibly clean, and the beach items were so helpful! (Beach bag, boogie boards, etc.) Also, they have binoculars which we used daily to watch for wildlife! “We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. All the rooms are spacious and well kept. We used the pool every evening……

“This is a wonderful property in a great location! My family and I enjoyed our week in the Dominical area and this house was the perfect home base. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a perfect place to relax in the afternoon after a day of exploring and was big enough for my kids (12 and 14) to enjoy. As others have mentioned, the drive up is a bit intense but absolutely worth it for the views and wild life. We saw monkeys, Toucans and more all from our balcony. The AC in the……

“Beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds are kept so nicely with endless wildlife to watch. We loved hanging out in the pool and bird watching. The iguana that seems to reside on the grounds was a joy to see each day! The location was very convenient between Uvita and Dominical.There is some construction of a new home going on nearby so we could hear the workers during the day. Only recommendation would be to let the guests know when gardener/pool people would be……
