“My only complaint is that there was no hot coffee available during my breakfast. I was told that it was due to a conference that day. I guess all coffee pots were in use for that. Staff offered me Dunkin’s coffee which I accepted. However, it was bottled coffee that was cold and flavored. Later coffee pots were brought out for public use but it was after breakfast ended. The hotel has only been open for 3 weeks according to staff, so there are going to be glitches. The hotel is nice & clean. The……

“I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff from the front desk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and I really appreciate how honest they all are. I had left my Apple Watch in my room when I checked out and didn’t realize it for at least an hour or so. I called and the sweet lady upfront immediately took my number and went to check the room. After the search and speaking to staff she located my watch and called me to let me know that they found it. I thanked her so very much and for this……

“Front desk employees super nice ! Clean, quiet rooms. A/C seemed to not work great. Carpet tore and raggedy edges at elevator. Elevators very slow luckily there’s only 4 floors otherwise nice hotel !”

I could of had a nicer room upstairs, but I am handicapped and can't climb stairs. He got me a room downstairs which was rough looking, but I told him it's fine. We only needed a place to lay down. ”
