“Really enjoyed staying here, we mostly walked down the road and hopped on a scooter to the old town which took about 25 mins but was nice to have somewhere a bit tucked away - the room was lovely and we had everything we needed :) ”

“5 day stay in Bucharest . Superb little apartment Brand new spotlessly clean . A little out of the center but easy to get a Bolt taxi or bus or metro . We even walked to the center on a great dry day took about 70 mins . Great value for the money Would definately stay again .”

“My stay at Piccolo Mondo had no issues at all, everything was clean. We didn’t spend much time here as we were out from morning till night however we were comfortable, bed was very spacious, fits 3 people to be honest. We had the room only so can’t comment on breakfast but overall it was a smooth process, although there aren’t any staff members anywhere, the directions to get access into the building and room are very clear and they also provide a location to leave your luggage after check out……

But the staffs in reception who without smiling. They look unhappy, that is Romanian style? I don't know. In general, the price is ok. And the hotel is so clean. I will come back if I come back. ”

“The person who runs the place, Spiderman, is a pretty cool dude. Another guy - who has a Santa beard - is 2nd in command, and he's pretty cool too. He's not as cool as Chuck Norris, but still. I had fun meeting all the people there. The train station is very close. Very convenient.”

“Amazing little apartment, not too far a walk from main city. Easy to get to. We loved the washing machine as my partner and I had been travelling from the start of the month and by the end of the month had worked up a lot of washing so high praise for the washing machine alone! It was a pretty apartment and bedroom was lovely, being upstairs really made us feel at home!”

“ZERO STARS: Upon arriving they said they had "never heard of Orbitz" and did not have any rooms available for us. There was another family that had booked via Expedia which they also refused. Then, they refused to refund my card. Total scam”
