“This property was just right for my needs. The location is perfect: close to Trader Joe's and several nice restaurants as well. It's on a very nice walking path. The unit itself was just what I needed, and was clean and safe. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or requests as well. It's a great place to stay to enjoy Charlotte! ”

The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable. Location was great as we spent one day at Carowinds & one day at the raceway -- both are in opposite directions. Can't say enough! Thank you!! ”

“The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good.”

“There was an additional 75 non refundable insurance fee, we had to pay after booking which I felt was not honest. The place needed a good scrubbing. The ceiling fan had a a lot of black dust that I didn’t want to turn them on. The rugs were very worn. I did like the location, pool was nice and communication with the company was timely. If they cleaned up the place it would be a good place to stay. ”
