“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……

“The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is.”

The house itself was stunningly furnished, with a beautiful and clean pool that was perfect for relaxing. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen appliances to household essentials. The communication with the landlord was also excellent, making the whole experience even better.
