“I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. ”

“First off the owners of the property were super accommodating. They even brought us a delicious fresh avocado from their tree. The home was beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was incredible! We spent most of our week in the pool. Sadly we did not see any dolphins 😞 The available kayaks were a nice touch! You don’t get that little extra at most places. ”

“Our experience was terrible. I messaged the host 2 weeks before our arrival inquiring about reservation status because of the recent hurricane. No response. I messaged the house the night before and the morning of our reservation. No response. I contacted VRBO and they tried to contact the host . No response. “I was in town on business, as I am about every other week. I found out at the last minute that I needed to make alternate plans, and this was the perfect location. Communication with owners was fantastic and the property was amazing. All new finishes and was very clean. My only caution is be aware that this is a tiny house. This means that the stairs to the loft and the loft itself was also tiny. Didn't make muvh difference to me. until the morning.... when I had to negotiate my way downstairs……

VRBO directions for entry and parking were initially incorrect but hosts sent clear, prompt messages that cleared up the minor confusion. They were great to work with.
