“This beautiful lake house includes lots of great amenities that you will only discover if you make the effort to ask host Ted! Don’t hesitate to engage in a conversation about how to maximize your enjoyment while in Grass Lake! Inside the detached garage are 3 kayaks and lots of floaties that we never would have found if we hadn’t talked to Ted. And our favorite attraction in the area was most definitely the Arboretum, hiking trails and incredible Sky Walk at Hidden Lake Gardens.”

“Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. We brought dish soap from home. ……

“I booked with you and I have already left, however I am very upset with how the house was left to us. The house was NOT clean, there were dishes in the sink, the floor was filthy, the master bed was NOT cleaned (I got bad rashes and hives from sleeping on it from the first night). the pots and pans were NEVER washed, I scrubbed them for 30 minutes to get them clean, your dishwasher didn't work at all, you left us NO trash bags or paper towels, there was NO toiletries or dish soap to run the……

“Well appointed getaway in the heart of mid-Michigan farm country. This was our second visit, and we loved it just as much (if not more, if that's possible) this time! My best friend was married in the owners' barn two years ago, when we stayed, so this trip was a lot more relaxed and we got to appreciate the beautiful rural surroundings more. “It was very clean and comfortable and relaxing! I love the style, design layout and all the decorations. The owner has really good taste! I was not sure where to park and there was no signs or directions for where to park. It’s all grass in front of the tiny cottage. There’s a driveway on the other side of the street in front of another neighborhood’s garage, but I guess can park there. Next door neighbor said I couldn’t park next door but can across the street. My son in law parked on the grass……
