“Love it”

“The place was kept very clean and all the employees were very polite and helpful. The suite had a small but very useful kitchen and real dishes and dishwasher. The only problem we had in the room was the bathroom shower had very little pressure so it took longer to wash my hair. The fans in hotel bathrooms don’t usually work as well but this one wasn’t to bad. The breakfast buffet had a large selection but it never varied. The hot food like French toast got hard around the edges in their……

“Good option and good location”

“Great location and price for ocean front rooms. Clean property. Great food. Only downsides: 1) no complimentary morning coffee in the restaurant or front desk area and 2) expense food and beverage prices. Dinner and drinks for two easily costs $200. ”

“Had a lovely balcony and view where you could hear the waves. The pool was nice, and the snack bar was handy. All staff were very friendly. They had grills available though we didn't use them. The beach was a very quick walk across the dune via boardwalk. It was a nice stay! ”

“The people working at the hotel were very friendly and the service was very good. It is a large resort with a ton of things to do, and the offseason room rate was very reasonable but keeping up with maintenance appears to be challenging. The front door to our room wasn't working. However because it was a one bedroom unit., it had a second entrance so that didn't really inconvenience us. ”

“Extremely clean facility and room. Couple of suggestions tho: No glasses in room. Even a couple of plastic glasses would have been appreciated. Also, while coffee was provided, tea bags would have been nice. Finally, charge a couple of dollars more but provide a couple bottles of water in room. ”

“I stayed at another Tru in Albany NY and this did not disappoint. Stayed here 5 days. Loved the comfy bed & pillows, large bathroom, ample towels and cleanliness of everything inside my room and entire property. Parking, good selection for breakfast & proximity to highways was another reason I picked it too. All the staff I encountered were very pleasant. I hope these standards are maintained.”

“GOOD service started at the front desk checking in for my room. The room was all cleaned and room cooling system was very good. Next day breakfast was excellent. This was my second time at this hotel and i will be back again when i see my daughter. ”
