“Beds were comfortable, less than a block to smokey mountain railroad depot & many restaurants. Mitchell suites patio opens over Railroad parking. You do hear some street noise but it gets quieter as evening progresses. Suite is nice sized & true to description. There are stairs since you are on second floor but they are inside & well lite. Parking area is well lite as well & does shine in through window coverings in livingroom area. We'd stay here again when we're next in area.”

“There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!”

“We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!”
