“ This resort is very clean, quiet and the location is awesome. We don't like to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge (the main drag of the Parkway) and this location is great. Just a little heads up . . . . if you don't need the wristbands (and we've never used them as we do not use the pool), don't TAKE em. That is where the sales ppl will ambush you and try to coerce you into listening to their sales presentation. Just take you room key and bolt for the door! They'll be calling your name but……

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, was clean, convenient to outside activities and the property itself was well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. “After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. “We have stayed at the Wydham Resorts several times and it's our favorite place to stay!! Our one bedroom was cleaned and ready for us. It would have been great if the fridge had a ice maker in the freezer!! I washed and dried most of the towels on Thursday night. I forgot the kitchen towels! I didn't get to wash and dry the towels we used on Thursday night. I wiped the stove, sink area and bar done with Lysol wipes on Thursday night. I treated your condo like our home. “Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time……
