“I enjoyed my stay in the it being my first time ”

“Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it……

“It was somewhere to stay. When we arrived (around 6pm) it was so dark outside the hotel and in the parking lot (even under the canopy at the lobby) that I honestly thought the place was shut done. Rooms need renovations. Bathroom could’ve stood to have a deep clean. ”

“I was very surprised when I sat at bar and was playing and bartender said no charge for drink. I’m 70 and that hadn’t occurred since Vegas in the 70s SOOO very nice and great service”

“For all the casinos around that area Gold Strike is by far the best one.”

“The reception Staff were lovely. The hotel itself needed some attention. The smoke alarm was missing in our room. One chair was wobbly. One out of 4 nights, our room did not get cleaned. Area, very quiet and safe.”
