“Beautiful facility”

“Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.”

“This is a beautiful well-maintained property with gorgeous views. The condo was very clean and spacious. The property offers so many amenities for guests (pools, fitness center, kayaks, canoes, etc.) and the location is perfect. The quick boat ride across Red Fish Lake was enjoyable, and the private beach was never overly crowded. The owner is friendly and quick with communication. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“This place is convenient to everywhere on 30A , Red Fish Taco on site was awesome, private beach access was nice, pool was beautiful. Our condo was spacious and clean. Only room for improvement would be the fitness center, too small and hot ”

“This was our second time staying in this condo and we love it! Checkin and checkout are so easy. The condo is in the perfect location with several really good restaurants within walking distance and just a short walk across the street to the beach. It is nicely decorated throughout and comes with everything you could need including kitchen ware etc. if you want to cook. Our stays have been very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you for such an amazing stay!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well equipped and the layout worked great. We weren’t really expecting two flights of stairs. I guess I should’ve assumed but really wasn’t thinking about no elevators on the property. The only issues we had was the refrigerator needed a filter replacement so we had to continuously listen to the beeping noise when getting water or ice. We didn’t bother management over it though. They might want to replace before the next renters though as it became annoying……

“Overall the unit was very spacious and accommodated our family of 8 very well. The amenities were excellent. When we first arrived, there were no beach towels in the unit as advertised. The property manager brought beach towels to the unit within 24 hours of our initial request. One thing that I hope changes for the next guest is the temperature of the unit upon arrival. This unit has two thermostats. The one that cooled 3 of the 4 bedrooms was set to 91 degrees when we arrived and took 24……

“Great Location! Short walk to the beach. Nice swimming pool and hot tub on the property. The new updates in the unit are nice. Communication with the property manager was pleasant and efficient. The master bedroom gets really hot upstairs but cooled down eventually at night. We had a great stay and hope to return soon.”
