“We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property. The condo is incredible. It is large and very clean. The owners were very responsive whenever we had a question. The beach is the best beach on 30A we’ve been to. The set-up of 2 chairs & 1 umbrella was greatly appreciated. The pool complex was perfect with ample pools. It is a quieter area which was exactly what we were looking for. Our kids loved the pontoon ride down to the beach (& not having to walk home from the beach after a busy day……

“We enjoyed the condo. It worked well for our 18 month old. Fairly short walk to beach and shops. The pool had a toddler entrance which was nice to have. Enjoyed walking to Shunk Gulleys for early dinners. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach access area and it worked out great. Great stay!”

“The condo was perfect for our family. Location is great. It’s close to Seaside, Grayton, and Sandestin. It was bright and well decorated. Loved having coffee on the large deck in the mornings. Owner is very responsive and organized. Really appreciated her communication. ”

“Beautiful spacious condo with lots of seating. We loved our week in Red Fish Village. The community was very clean and well maintained. We used the outdoor grills more than once. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to eat and play by the pool. We definitely want to come back! ”

“Family of 5 with adult kids had ample room. The place is within a short walk of two great restaurants (Thai and Italian), coffee and two ice cream stores! The beach is a short drive but there are so man6 wonderful beaches on the area to explore. Consider Alys Beach, it’s so unique. There were a couple of issues when we first arrived, which I communicated via text and received an immediate response. I look forward to visiting the area again and would stay here.”
