“We loved the property. The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean! The kitchen was well stocked, it even came with an outdoor grill. Beds were comfortable. FunVacay was awesome to work with. We will definitely be back! ”

“The property is a ; minute ride from the beach in the golf cart provided with the rental. There is a ton of great food nearby and the home makes for a great place to gather friends and family. If that isn’t enough, the property isn’t managed by one of those property management companies, rather by the owner. Jake was available to answer questions, give insights and provide recommendations. Quiet and cozy neighborhood just a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Well appointed with beach supplies and kitchen items, too. “Great location, amenities and dining options. Beach access was not an issue during our stay. I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property. ”
