“Overall, we had a nice stay. The place was nicely decorated. The filtered water and ice from the fridge/freezer was not working (and leaking on to the floor). We contacted MVH and asked them to send an appliance repair person. They sent a general maintenance person who was not able to fix it, but said the appliance repair person would come out within 24 hours. Then they told us they couldn't get someone until after we checked out. They did bring a bag of ice. The golf cart does NOT have……

“We had a family of 14 stay and had an amazing time. Very close access to community pool and beach. Kitchen was nicely stocked with things to make meals. Beds were comfortable. A few minor issues which were quickly resolved with a text message. Would stay here again!!!”

“The property is a ; minute ride from the beach in the golf cart provided with the rental. There is a ton of great food nearby and the home makes for a great place to gather friends and family. If that isn’t enough, the property isn’t managed by one of those property management companies, rather by the owner. Jake was available to answer questions, give insights and provide recommendations. “Beautiful brand new house down a quiet cul-de-sac. Well appointed with everything we needed including the golf cart. Easy check in and out. Property management team via text and email was super friendly and easy. The kids had plenty of space to spread out. Close to the beach and across the street from restaurants, ice cream and coffee. We loved it and hope to be back soon.”
