“What a fabulous property, extremely clean ,has everything you need on site in your private room close to downtown and has many restaurants close by.I would highly recommend this hidden little lemon gem to and this is where I will stay when we visit the area in the future ”

“I travel often to the area because my daughter is a student at a local University. The place was perfect for me. It was nice and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen. Very comfy couches. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was large and a great shower. I will be back.. booked the main house for another trip where some of my family will also be with me. ”

“Everything was exactly as described (we like that) and our dogs loved it. Close to downtown but not too close. We have a habit of rating our stays based on the quality of the shower pressure and hot water. This one will not disappoint. Thanks for a great stay. ”

“Overall the property was nice. Was not impressed with the lack of actual electrical outlets and what seemed like an overuse of extension cords. Was also very disappointed with the amount of kitchen ware. There were only 3 coffee cups and almost no usable cookware for preparing meals at the property.”

“We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. The road/driveway are narrow but we were able to navigate with our large truck. The neighbors were very friendly. We did not cook as we were in town to see family so either ate with……

“The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time……
