“The place is an upstairs apartment on a two story house. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice sized bathroom, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a kitchen modestly supplied with a fridge, an electric stove, a small microwave and a coffee maker. “An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. “This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……
