“Very comfortable. Pictures accurately reflected the space. Comfortable full size beds, nice linens and towels. Big kitchen and nice dining room table. Easy to reach and responsive hostess. Very positive experience. ”

“This place offers the bare minimum to guests and feels depressing. It technically has all the things it says, but the air conditioning is on the porch and not the bedroom or main area of the house, the kitchen exists but isn’t stocked enough to cook in, and the kayaks are there but you have to walk through 10 feet of mud to get in the lake. It’s on a main road and is loud. It’s not peaceful, so we complained about all of these things and left after one hour. It was worth going to a better place……

“The condo was great. Location, ease of use, and quality were all there. Hosts got back to us quickly and did thier best to meet our needs. The previous guests took the key fob to access the pool etc, so we were unable to use that, which was not ideal. Apparently there wasn't a spare key fob. For some reason the coffee pot glass was wonky- the pour spout was sideways and made a huge mess every time we tried to pour a cup. Could't turn it back the right way either. ”

“An absolutely delightful place, minutes from any place you want to be in the Elk River region. Tucked in the trees along the water. Cozy, warm, comfortable, amenities and decorations are spot on. You won’t want to leave. We will definitely be headed back. We can’t say it enough nice things about the place and the hosts. You can tell how much they love the space just by being there. I’m delighted they are sharing that with us through VRBO.”

“This apartment was pretty good overall. I had to pay from the parking garage every time I got in and out. There’s no privileges regarding parking. They 2 queen beds and fold out sofa. Mislead me by stating in the listing that it was a full twin bed. Not at all the same. Otherwise it’s roomy, clean, safe. Billiard pool room was cool. Didn’t use the swimming pool, but looked nice. ”
