“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. ”

“Driver passing through. Was looking for a hotel that could accommodate parking for a large vehicle and found this hotel. It will accommodate uhuals, truck with trailers less than 40 feet combined. However no semis. The front desk associates were very polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. “Family-friendly hotel. Every member of their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Dining service was a great option and delicious. The waterpark was a lot of fun - something for everyone! Love the decor and theme carried throughout the pool area - hot tub is huge and caters to adults and kids which is great.
