My only caveat is that this 3rd floor space has very narrow stairs with a tight turn on the 2nd floor landing. Folks with bulky hard luggage might find it awkward to maneuver those stairs.”

“I have stayed at this building twice--identical units on the second and third floors. While the fantastic view of the North Star Blanket is the same, the unit on second floor is a bit shabbier. Mold in the shower and no body lotion in the bathroom. Kitchen cabinet laminate is pulling away from cupboard. Great to have washer and dryer in unit and wifi work well. This is an easy building to access and walkable to theater, restaurants, Trader Joe's and River walk. Also allows for dogs. Will stay……

“It was a perfect location for the downtown events we planned on attending. It was an easy walk to the US Bank stadium and the University of MN campus. The listing was as described with kitchen and bathroom supplies for 4. The unit was clean and the building was quiet and nice. It was exactly what we were looking for a weekend trip for our family! ”

“I met my 81-year-old Mom in the cities for a "mother-daughter get-away"! I used to live in the area about 20 years ago - it was such a delight to be back, and this was the perfect location! The apartment was well-appointed, check-in and check-out were easy breezy, and the property manager answered my very few questions by text within the hour. We especially enjoyed the front porch swing and quiet back patio area. The weather was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better time away……
