“Our stay this time was a little bit of a struggle, due to frozen and burst pipes! In addition, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the last renters, and the oven had not been cleaned in quite awhile. However, Alex, the owner, was extremely responsive, as always, and we certainly will return for future visits.”

“This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. ”

“The house was perfect! Our neighborhood book club did a weekend away. There was plenty of space to sleep, eat and hang out. The hot tub and sauna were great additions especially during a winter weekend. Would definitely recommend and bet it would be wonderful in the summer as well!”

“The Nokomis neighborhood near the Minnehaha parkway is an excellent spot in the cities. The property was simple, clean, and easy to check-in/use. The owner was also easy to communicate with. ”

“We had a group of 8 and it was nice that 3 of the bedrooms held queen beds and the other had a king. The table was big enough to hold us and it had all the cooking supplies we needed to be able make some meals. The property manager was very helpful and answered any question I had in a timely manner. ”
