“The first thing I noticed when I walked through the doors was a fresh, clean scent. Not heavily perfumed but very pleasant. The floors in the lobby were gleaming! The woman at the desk was friendly and personable and made me feel welcome. She advised coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby. “The Hampton Inn was very clean and neat with a wonderful variety at their breakfast option. There was a problem when we checked in and 2 credit cards were charged instead of one. Monique was very professional and, hopefully one of the cards will be refunded. ”
