“Excellent host! Great connections on the island for everything. Great information on Ferry status, etc. Cabin is truly rustic, spartan appointments as described. Great location and view west with good weather. Bring your goodies, luxuries from the mainland. Lobsters are available tho!”

“The GOOD: Checking in was a breeze, the location for what we needed was excellent and the living spaces where comfortable and cozy. The BAD: The outside of property was not well kept and the seating outside was not what was portrayed in the pictures. Deck was a bit sketchy and table and chairs where dirty as was the window sills on the inside of cabin. The UGLY: The basement was wet and musty and smelly (like cat piss). Would not allow anyone to go down because when you open the basement door……

“If you’re looking for a relaxing lakeside cabin to retreat and relax in nature, this is the one to book! Plenty of space for 6 adults with clean and comfortable rooms. Well stocked kitchen so you can cook up if you want. Lots of thoughtful extras and plenty of firewood. Canoes were lots of fun too! We didn’t want to leave. Also not far from Camden which is the perfect little seaside town. Highly recommend this place to anyone!”

“Very clean with well equipped kitchen and a nice deck but very tight quarters for a group of 5, ac in living room but no fans in the tiny bedrooms, no ventilation in bathroom or kitchen, nowhere to dry wet swimsuits or beach towels. Layout assumes that people will be sharing beds. Read the fine print about pets.”

“Place was wonderful! The pictures didn’t do it justice. There were very clear instructions regarding everything at the cabin. Hosts were great! We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Super cleanly. Great size two bedrooms. Lovely outdoor space. Amazing amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen. Really a perfect place to stay in Maine. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning some time in the future.”

“Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again.”

“Our accomodations were outstanding. Anytime you book into a pet friendly property and you are not pet owners, the uncertainty lingers until you arrive. Our stay was over the top. The property was clean and welcoming. We could not tell that a pet was ever present. This property is 5 star for anyone.”
