“We had a WONDERFUL stay at this Lincolnville house. We were visiting my mother and grandmother who live on Lincolnville Beach. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It was a very quick drive, or in nice weather would be a short walk to the beach. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed, and the hot tub overlooking the ocean was splendid! Thank you!”

“We came into town last minute because of a family emergency. There’s not a ton of options in the area, unless you want to pay thousands of dollars. This place was conveniently located to our family with a good price. The home was comfy and the host was amazing. ”

“The property and view are stunning. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere. Very clean and full of extras. The parking and walk down is steep and should be advertised a bit better. Had we any issues physically, it would have been a challenge. ”

“This home and entire experience was fantastic. The house is as lovely as the photos show it to be. The house is carefully planned out by obvious seasoned travelers, they didn’t miss a beat. It has everything you can think of needing and a few things I didn’t think of, but was glad to see. Jin even had some items ready for me in the fridge to get me through the first evening and the morning, so I could relax my way into my stay. The beds, furniture, kitchen supplies, everything has been well……

“We really enjoyed this property for our 4th visit to the Maine mid-coast area this year. It was a private and quiet setting surrounded by trees decked out in beautiful fall foliage. Easy access to Camden and many idyllic little townships. Some beautiful hiking nearby too. The house was tidy with an easy layout and good beds. We lacked nothing and were very comfortable. Host Mark was quick to respond if we had any questions. The house is multi-level so there are stairs.We will stay again……

“Cozy, quiet cabin with a good layout and nice view on the water. Easy check-in and check-out process. Host is very responsive. ”

“Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. Thank You ”

“Our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing. Plenty of space as far as bedrooms and bathrooms go. So much common space to enjoy a fire, meals, and outdoor space. The beach is very wide during low tide and an added perk. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. We can’t wait to plan a return trip.”

“This cozy home had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving getaway. It's beautifully updated, warm, comfortable, and centrally located to what we wanted to do. It's located in a quiet, riverfront area for a peaceful stay. Only the turkeys, squirrels, and an occasional lobster boat to get your attention. Just perfect. I highly recommend this property.”

“We stayed here for almost two weeks in late June/early July. The location was great for our purposes (we come to the area each summer to see family who live just minutes away), and we enjoyed walks with our preschooler down to the little beach to hunt for sea glass. We also liked the large yard and beautiful newer deck for added enjoyment outside - the view is lovely. The house is an older farmhouse with some updates; we expected and enjoyed the more vintage touches. The upstairs can get hot,……
