“The place was clean, the kitchen was well-supplied,Excellent response to any requests and quick resolution to a minor issue. Second floor is very spacious and has a nice deck. Train is a 15 minute walk along the beach - Revere Beach Station. The house is under the path of planes landing at the nearby airport. We were celebrating 50 years of friendship and had a wonderful time. ”

“Wonderful host & house. Victor was quick to respond to questions and got the propane refilled in no time. The little touches like coffee pods & tea bags were so welcome! Having a washer & dryer to use was great too. The area was quieter than we expected & an easy enough walk to the grocery/pharmacy if one chose to. The house was spotless and the linens were very nice. We will definitely recommend this to anyone going to Boston who doesn’t want to be in the downtown area. ”

“Great convenient quiet location . Air conditioning worked great on warm days. Lots of room for our party of 4 adults, 1 teen.Only clarification: listing shows 2.5 baths, but it’s actually 1.5 baths. 1 full with shower/tub downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.”

“I reserved the house for 4 days just so my 17 year old daughter and her 3 best friends could spend quality time in Boston on her birthday. We really liked the house; it’s a nice space with all the necessities and very cozy. it was a great fit for our family and we truly enjoyed it. It’s actually minutes to everything in Boston, and we would stay there again if we come back into town. ”
