Very impressive hotel decoration using LCD walls showing amazing short films even inside the elevators. Room cleanliness can be improved though as one sanitary cotton pack was being opened by others and the kettle is a bit rusty”

“The location is perfectly convenient. There’re good restaurants nearby. The hotel is new and clean. The upgraded river view room is excellent. “My kids loved the swimming pool. However, we were disappointed that the "river view" room is not what we expected. We could only see the river when viewing from the corner of the room. Its actually facing buildings .. ”

“The first room assigned was below standard - not fully cleaned dustbin, noisy air conditioning and messy towels in the toilet. Therefore, I waited for another 30+ mins to wait for assigning me another room. Luckily, the second room assigned to me was great and the staff were helpful in general. But please remember to tidy up the rooms fully before the customers checking in.”
