“We only had a few days to visit, but this villa offered a great location in an amazing, serene setting on the east side of Kiawah Island. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed for an amazing retreat. And, the owners were on top of anything we needed. We hope to go back and visit sometime again!”

“The property was nicely maintained. Our daughter came for a few days, the pullout couch was not able to access easily. We had to buy an air mattress. ”

“The location and Seabrook Island in general are outstanding. The unit itself had a couple of issues while we were there. The living room furniture is really not very comfortable and should be upgraded.The refrigerator had an issue which property manager tried to address, but only partially successfully. The freezer would not close when we arrived and therefore the ice machine was not working properly. A very nice maintenance man came over and worked on it. After you left, it sealed up better,……

“First, working with the rental agent Vacasa was terffic. They were very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was fine. Folly's Beach is busy and parking difficult so it was terrific to be close enough to walk to the beach or downtown for dinner and not move our car. Had a couple of windy days during our trip and the pool was the place to be. The beds are comfortable and showers great. It is an older place, but it is very comfortable and very clean. ”

“My wife and I needed a getaway for just the two of us and this was the perfect place. Amazing views from the balcony to drink your morning coffee on and stare at the water! We frequented the pool, beach, clubhouse, and golf course. Everything is walking/biking distance. We have stayed here in the past and we will be back in the future.”

“Beautiful and spacious. Loved staring at the water and marina every day. Traffic back to Charleston is awful, so plan to enjoy all that Seabrook and Kiawah have to offer. We’ve already booked again for Oct and are looking forward to it. ”
