“Valaina was the best part of our 7 night stay. She was always so welcoming and greeted us with a smile. All of the staff including housekeeping were very friendly and eager to accommodate … if given the right tools, this hotel could be exceptional. The breakfast was not that great. Please consider offering waffles/ variety of fruit daily. The milk was spoiled. The pool was missing half the water and we had to wait 2 days to use it.
