“Perfect location! Close to downtown and Folly Beach! The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. The pack and play and basket of toys were definitely a plus if you’re traveling with little ones.”

“Five Palms is a very nice condo, great amenities and perfect location overlooking the river. One can enjoy the bird life in the palm trees, viewing dolphins in the river, and poolside respite from the heat. ”

“Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! ”

“We did just a one night stay on our drive from Ohio to Florida, wanted a city with things to do and about halfway. We picked Charleston and found this perfect home for our stop. Great location in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe walking our dog and close to the spots we wanted to check out. The host is great to communicate with and the house was very clean and quiet to get our rest to continue our traveling. I highly recommend. ”

“The property was beautiful, location was fantastic. A few appliances were broken and not working. In addition the management company sent a company to fix it and the appliance worker asked if we would let them in to work on the appliances while we were packing up (which I didn't let them because I didn't feel comfortable allowing that). Also, there was a racoon in the laundry room. Lastly, we were provided incorrect door code to gain entry to the property. Two consecutive days the adjoining……
