“Nos alojamos en un apartamento con todas las comodidades en un entorno precioso, rodeado de pinos y con una urbanización cercana con todo tipo de negocios de ocio. Las instrucciones claras, comodidades a la hora de llegada y un detalle a la salida para alojarnos otra vez aquí o en algún otro hotel de la cadena. ”

“Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. ”

“I've stayed in this hostel for 2 nights while visiting Cartagena and had really good time. The room was spacious with nice view, very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower which was much better than some 4* hotels. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within short walking distance from everything. I would definitely stay again on my next visit to the city.”

Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. “Really enjoyed our stay at the sercotel carlos 111 hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful on reception. Room was rather large with plenty of storage space for clothes and spotlessly clean. Big bathroom with a great shower. ”
