“The place was clean, quiet and great hospitality. ”

“We booked this place because it said it has 24 shuttle available, we book just for one night as we had our flight at 3am in the morning. When we arrived, the whole hotel smell weird, like old. The reception guy insisted I had to pay for the shuttle ($15) when uber confort was charging like 300 EGP, then they told me I had to stay 3 days to have the shuttle and after fight for my rights and what I paid for, they accepted to give me the shuttle because I won’t needed the breakfast. Then the room……

“Location, view, space great. Internet slow (common around here), couldn’t get the hot water to work. The lady came and prepared I hearty breakfast. The checin process could had been smoother. i would return.”

“Ich habe ein einzelnes Zimmer mit Queen Bett gebucht, ich komme da an, der Mitarbeiter zeigt mir ein ganz kleines Zimmer mit kleinen Bett und er sagt zu mir das was bei mir in der System gezeigt wurde, Am nächsten Morgen geben Sie mir ein anders Zimmer mit getrennten Betten und das was ich nicht gebucht habe, nach 2 Tagen haben sie mir das Zimmer gegeben was ich im Internet gesehen habe und gebucht habe, dafür musste ich zusätzlich 1500 LE zahlen , also für das Zimmer was ich gebucht hab und……

“Very nice hotel. We will definitely come back when visiting Cairo. The breakfast was great, served on the rooftop with a great view. The room was very clean with modern furniture. The owner and his family are very nice people. ”

“Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return”
