I arrived at the property and entered the code I was provided for the keyless entry, but the keypad DIDN'T WORK. And no, it was not user error, the keypad was making no sound, not lighting up, nothing. I don't know if it was broken or needed batteries, but it did not work. Thus, I could not get in.
